Intellectual property
The content, design, and code of this site belong to Clandestine Hours unless stated otherwise. Ownership of work we build for a client is set out in that client's engagement agreement, not here.
Getting in touch
You can reach us by email, or by typing a brief on the homepage and opening it in a tool of your choice, copying it, or emailing it to us. If you choose to open your brief in a third-party AI tool, that tool processes it under its own terms, not ours. See our Privacy policy for how we handle your data.
Proposals and acceptance
If we send you a proposal and you accept it through the link we provide, that acceptance records your agreement to the scope, terms, and pricing set out in that proposal document. The proposal, together with any engagement agreement, governs the work; this page does not.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute relating to them falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Lisboa, save where the law grants you, as a consumer, the right to a different forum.
